Possibly Ribbon worm. They come out regularly in search of food and right after feeding.

Any chance of a larger pic of it?

Just looked at both... Still nothing.. This worm is killing me xD i dont even know if it is bad i just hate having things in my tank i dont know what it is....
by any chance did you have dinos around this time? I have the same in my tank that's crashed from dinos after adding some rockpool sand and they appear to be going after the dinos and multiplying rapidly but not sure if there is a negative to having them.
I just added the sand as an experiment to see if it solved any of the issues with that tank before restarting it.
