Someone show me how to remove an acrylic baffel in the sump please

No i dont. My brother gave it to me and another PM sump with the same layout.

One issue is that the baffle may be helping with the structural integrity of the sump - ie helping to hold the whole thing together - if you cut it out - you might lose some of that.
