Hi, does this zoa look like something has been munching it, or is it just grumpy?
Most likely culprit? - tank contains clownfish, banggai, emerald crab, electric blue hermits, blue eyed hermits, algae hermits, trochus, turbo, astraea and bumblebee snails, conches, peppermint shrimp. Most recent additions are the turbos and bumblebees.

Emerald crab is prime suspect
I trust a politician more than I trust emerald crabs and peppermint shrimp
Caught both more than once going after my zoa

On another forum, someone has suggested that it could be Zoa pox

it MIGHT be zoa pox because of the first picture but it is very blurry to confidently tell if it is or isn't.
Now we've dug out my wife's camera, we're pretty sure that it is. That was the best my phone could do!
