Something growing please help

I found this growing under a part of live rock and don't know if it's good or bad or anything about it but it has a blob like shape of yellow colored either eggs or sponge like stuff with a clear tube coming out of the middle can anyone help as I don't want to kill it if it's good

If I take the rock out very quickly to clean a spot will it hurt it

It'll be fine, if I may ask why you're pulling the rock out to clean it?

It has one small spot of algae starting and I have already added phos guard and all params are great just want to rid of it before has a chance to spread

Spot treat with a drop of peroxide and tooth brush takes about 5 seconds and algae gone
