Something is up with my tank not sure but acan just lost 1 head chalice got filaments out these are corals I've had for about a year only thing i did was add Dr Tim's waste away gel besides that nothing. Trident is reading cal at after calibration but Hanna is reading 485 which is alot closer to what i was previously reading before calibration. So idk I'm lost.

Skimmer was going super wild earlier something has to be in the water or something

If this happened after adding the Waste away, I'd say they're correlated especially after a year. I don't know the exact effects of Waste Away or what it does to the Biome and params/nutrients but I imagine whatever it's doing is what's ticking off these corals.

What problem were you trying to solve also by adding waste away? High Nutrients? Maybe the change was too quick for them, what's your params now? What were they before Waste Away?

Calcium not sure if 333 apex after calibration before that 400 and Hanna 385 so not sure
Mag 1345
Nitrates 20
Phosphates .06

Everything was the same i think trident was reading calcium wrong the entire time in about to do a water change in a sec about 25%
