Something on my hammer

I got these white dots on my hammer. Anyone know what they are?

This one was taken 15 mins after the other 2 so it appears as they move. Are they parasites maybe?
I've had this coral 9 months now and tonight was the first time I saw them

Some type of egg sack? Have you tried removing the dots?

I didn't think of that. I haven't tried removing them yet. I took a look at him today and saw no signs of the dots anywhere. The only things it could be I think would be nassarius snails or a pair of clowns I have that are about a year old. I don't have any other clean-crew besides the snails and an emerald crab.
