Something on the glass

It’s not copepods, they don’t move. It looks almost like eggs?? Maybe once a month these pop up. I do have a bonded pair of clowns but I can’t tell if these are their eggs that just got blown around or what. I have to scrape them off the glass to remove. But they do flutter in the flow. My clowns normally lay eggs in a hole on top of one of the rocks. And they just let the hermit crabs and shrimp get them

So they don’t move at all? So their eggs and not worms?
