It's out of focus for a lot of the time, but I think you can still see it.

Also, either they all escaped from the filter floss, or there was another wave of reproduction because there's a bunch in the water column again!

Interesting... The only notable thing missing is the branched tail, which certainly could be some type of malformation, but since they all have it, I doubt it is. Also, they seem to open and close the fork, so it does seem to have some type of purpose.

Odd. I could only find one animal that somewhat matched your picture with the branched tail but it was a freshwater snail parasite*

Not sure if it would be too useful, but I can include ALL of the creatures I have observed in my tank, including coral, fish, and hitchhikers I have.

Sure maybe that might help. I had a similar experience but with hydroids, they went into larval form and hundreds were just swimming in my tank like tiny brown jellyfish

Another theory could be a fluke known as cecaria but I believe they are far too small than what I am seeing in the video

I did have a fish pass away from flukes, so it's certainly a possibility, but none of my fish have had any since... certainly possible that they're still in the tank though. Also, the tail appears to be far to thick. The tail of mine are thinner than a hair. Maybe something closely related?

Could be related to that though Im not sure since usually people don't see the flukes free swimming like that

Couldn't find any larva that matches any of your tank inhabitants. The only matching thing was the possible tunicate since the larva look almost identical but without the forked tail. Whats your newest wet addition to the tank?

Newest addition was some coral. Certainly could have carried in a tunicate. The tail for those also look quite thick though.

Any advice on how I should raise them? Maybe I could isolate a few and try to raise them. I have some reef roads and/or amino acids I could try and see if they take to...
