Case in point. BRS sent me the mini reactor. After struggling with that crappy plastic line I finally got it installed. When I plugged it in I realized a bit too late that they had omitted the rubber O-ring in the canister. I had water everywhere. After searching for the ring I called them to confirm it wasn't there. I then became engaged in pensive thought. I realized that I could bypass that ugly pump and plastic line in my tank by plumbing it in to my chiller. I bought some fittings, a new O-ring, and now it works fine. I also used their high end pump to replace the noisy one the Chinese sent me. Ah the tumbling action of my Phosgaurd is such a sight to see.
