Sores in my Angelfish

My big body Koran Angelfish 10” long got two sores today on the skin. Can someone give me more information? Do I have to worry about he contaminating all fishes? Please advise. Thanks.

Looks like an injury caused by rubbing. Possibly running into corals and rocks. That's a decent size Angel.

Thanks. Yes, he is swimming like a crazy into the rocks. Yesterday he broke one of my coral.

ASSURE ITS INJURY AND NOT SKIN EROSION (very common in angels)
What foods are you feeding ?

How big is the tank? It may have been ok when it was smaller, but perhaps the fish has outgrown the tank?
