So I’ve had this chalice for about 6 months and it has been puffy and happy and growing very well for me! It has at least tripled in size!

When the lights came this morning, I noticed this tiny hole in the middle starting to form and I’m wondering if anybody has seen something like this before and what the result was. Take a look and let me know what you think. Will it just heal up on its own since it seems to otherwise be healthy? There was no sign of it yesterday, so I wonder if it was damaged somehow and it will likely just heal…

I appreciate the input from those with experience!

Bump.

In case anyone is interested in the future with this issue. The hole has almost closed back up within 24 hours. I bet it is gone by tomorrow. Must have been some minor damage from something… though no other corals with potential sweepers are within 5 inches of it.
