I helped out a friend cut up this huge space invader that he got from a customer. The mother was probably a foot tall and 6 or 7 inches wide. It was starting to die off so I helped him cut it up, we cut up all the dead pieces that were infected and saved around 10-14 healthy pieces. He gave me this small frag as a thank you, but I'm not sure if it's looking good or not. I've had it for about 2 weeks now and it gets puffy but then gets very thin, almost showing white bone at the tips.

So I was wondering if that is normal for them to get puffy then thin. I want to make sure it grows well because the color are very bright and the shape is very unusual. Any help would be appreciated
