What's everyone keeping speciosa at par wise?

Also any one grow colonies from small frags and have pics?

Here’s some of mine that I’ve had for a couple years :expressionless-face:. They grow really slow but I’ve been able to keep them happier than most hobbyist can. Mine range from 200-400 par for 9 peak hours
