Spectrapure maxcap o-ring replacement?

Does anyone know of an o-ring that will fit a maxcap 90? I lost one moving it to another room and Spectrapure wants $23 shipping on an already overpriced part at $4. So $27 for an o-ring! I'm pretty irritated right now.

Most 10" housings have the same Orings.

Actually there are at least 3 different o-rings used by standard canisters. Home depot sells a pack of 2 different ones. Neither was correct for the canister I was trying to fix at that time. Lowes and Ace may carry different ones. Industrial supply and bearing supply houses should be able to help as well.

Spectrapure uses 84mm orings. Did just confirm the brs one likely will not work.
Any 84mm oring should suffice.

I ended up winging it before you posted this info and got an $8 three-pack of APEC Water Systems 10" (3.5") O-Rings from Amazon. I figured if they leaked I could just return them. It fit in perfectly and water flows through the system with no leaks so far in about 2 hours of testing. It says 3.5" outside diameter so I'm guessing it must be very close to 84mm inside which is 3.31". Hopefully this one stays leak free because I can't find other 84mm ID o-rings anywhere besides Spectrapure. Probably because most I've seen give the OD and the 84mm is ID. Sadly, their website STILL charges an insane amount of shipping anyway (ie 6X the price of the O-Ring) but their support person said they would fix it at some point. Not really an option to spend that on shipping.
