Spirorbid worms

I have a 160 gallon which is around 5 months old. I recently noticed that I have a lot of spirorbid worms growing on my back wall, rocks and even the shells of my snails. What should I do? Should I get rid of them? If yes how so?

Filter feeders they don’t really bother much you can scrape them and feed less to try and control the population especially if your using fine coral food
