Sponge looking thing in sump...?

So I noticed these two mitochondria looking things in my sump. They dont seem to move and I also found one small one in my external overflow box behind display. Are these ok or should I remove them gently? It is in the same chamber as my mighty jet.

They call them pineapple sponges and they are harlmess filter feeders
