Sponges???? Good or bad??

So I just went to check my refuge and like over night I have these like cocoon looking white spongy things all in my sump. In all three chambers.... I have no idea what they are or if they are safe or not. Fyi, I noticed them the say after we added a bottle of copepods. Please help a girl out..
