Should I be spot feeding my corals with seachem zooplankton? Or put in the whole tank?

Both. I spot feed twice a week and broadcast twice a week. Put meaty bits in the spotfeeding of LPS such as Acans and Euphyllia. Your filtration comes into play as these nutrients will create problems if left in the tank

Some people swear by feeding corals, spot feeding or broadcast feeding and other people don't feed their corals at all. It's all about coral types, and nutrients in and nutrients out. With that being said, I do occasionally feed a little bit of reefroids that I broadcast in the tank. The coral certainly respond to it and put out their feeding tentacles. I really am mostly just looking for the slight boost in phosphates that the reefroids provide.
