Are you using a hanging kit for your light? Is there any way for you to bring the light away from the tank?

I'd have to move the whole tank/setup. I have shelves built in the room where I have it, light is mounted above the tank via hanging kit but it's as high as it can go. Right now I have a 9h exposure, was thinking to move it to 6 but it sounds like it may still just be too intense. Luckily the light has poor spread so I moved this particular frag to a new spot that doesn't have as much light.

Right which is why I upgraded the light. The old light was 35 par....new one is registering 100 par on lowest setting. When I added the light a few days ago the white on this frag was not there.

I took some more pics w lights off & camera flash. It could be rtn or lack of light. I'm pretty stressed about this, not sure which direction to go. It's a slimer frag so I could place it in the dt - dt has much more flow / light but higher dkh. So that'll probably stress it and put it over the edge. It's obviously not happy in the current tank so I moved it to lower light. How long should I give it before moving it again to maybe a higher light area?

I'd say light starved as well. I mean, you said they were getting 35 PAR. Plus, the white area would be the spot in the most shadow. Bleaching would be in the areas exposed to light. I'd just leave it where it is and continue with upping the lighting as you mentioned.
You may not be able to save it, but you'll definitely lose it if you don't do something.

It doesn't look too bad you maybe able to save it like T-J said. Just keep everything stable and keep acclimating it to the light

Thanks for the help - do you guys think I should up the blues to 2%? I think par will be at 125 or 150 by doing that. Will have to verify.

No.
Don't get impatient man.
You're going from 35 PAR to 100. That's plenty. Then up it as was discussed earlier. There is no way to speed this up or magically blast it with light to make it better.

Ok sounds good, was just confirming. I'll probably lose the frag but if that's the only casualty I'll feel like a winner heh

Most of us have been there! Eventually you'll figure all of this crazy stuff out, and then you'll be the person saving frags instead of killing them!
Earlier this year I got a frag of purple Bonsai that was half gone. I thought for sure there was no way to recover it. Whelp, within a few weeks it had completely healed and grown over the dead areas of skeleton! How did I do it? Keep my tank stable and leave the frag alone. I didn't do a dang thing to it other than stick it in the tank and walk away. Best confirmation to me of patience and not fiddling with things.
Good luck man! We'll be here if you need anything else.

I have the 24 inch CoralLife fixture with ati blue+ and I measure 180 PAR 3-4 inches below the surface using an Apogee 520.

The same one I ordered on Amazon? Did you change bulbs? From my research the Seneye and apogee 510 are very close in accuracy. Not 100+ par off, maybe 5% max. Are you sure we have the same light?

Thanks! So now I'm even more worried. I have a Forrest fire in there that's been happy since day one until today. The polyps have always been extended. Today, all retracted. Ugh this is so stressful. I haven't changed anything other than the light and it's still at 1b 0w.

Older comparison photos. First one under blue is the first day under the new light, other one is from 2 weeks ago. Polyps were all happy, stark difference from today's shot. Going to measure par again and triple check.

I got the light off Amazon. Yes, I replaced the bulbs with ATI Blue+. I used the lights integrated mounts on a 20g. The frag rack was only 3 to 4 inches below water level.
I never used the seneye so I can't comment. 35 PAR is very dim, if you measured at the bottom of the tank then it might be accurate. The ATI bulbs are most likely better than what came in the box.

Ah yea, was using the stock bulbs that came with it and the rack is about 1" off the bottom.

Tried to take some pics under blue and white to show an update, its still not pretty. I did notice some color coming through on the red planet acro, you can sort of see it in the pics, its a shimmery green.

The green slimer is still brown as all heck.

On both, the flesh looks to be slowly peeling off :( just going to keep the course, slowing upping light 1 % each week.

Red planet, some color is being restored on the top, you can see it in this pic, it looks whiter:

green slimer, you can see its getting worse than before (pics above in other posts). I have noticed the polyps on the slimer coming out ever so slightly, but its breif:
