Sps bleach

Hi everyone I’m new at sps. But I want start with highend corals or name brand
Tank par form sandbed to top rock work 180-500
After receive frags. I set them around 240-270 par first day all the poly are open. Sec day I noticed the tip color loss few I can see the white bone. Bottom also I can see it. Is better than top.
Is that call bleach I did some research online set my radion on acclimated mode for 4 weeks start form 25%. To 70% is that will helps the coral?

How long has the tank been up? Do you have coralline algae growing? What are your parameters? Are they bleaching or are they shedding skin? If they slowly turn white that’s bleaching.
