Ok, raising your nitrates will help with any Dinoflagelates as well. Keeping everything consistent is the way to get the Coral to recover.
 
Ya i will slowly increase to 10ish. How about po4 as long around below 0.1ppm ya?
 
But do u guy’s experience or seen sps expel their zooxanthallia?
I have had this happen with an SBB sun god I got, I watched it slowly expel Zooxanthallia over the course of 2-3 days. Polyps still extend great and have color, just the body is white as a ghost right now. I had this happen to a piece from POTO and it is slowly regaining a fluorescent green body and pink tips. Here is a pic of the sun god whited out but with polyps extended and encrusting of all things haha.

I think as long as you still see polyp extension, just be patient and leave it alone, it will come back eventually.
