Can someone help me identify this coral I was given. It's green on one side and purple on the other, very strange.

Not sure but could it be montipora digitata (2 different ones or grafted?)

Say it with me:

ANACROPORA.

It is a type of SPS, but super easy to keep, also, they DO NOT need high lighting, usually mid to lower, with half decent flow. Take care of it and within a year, it will be a softball size that you can frag, sell and trade. Super easy to grow. It's a great stick, without the requirements of Acros.

Id give it time and see how it grows, looks just like my old montipora spongodes when I bought it as a frag. Spongodes will generally develop a large base before branching upwards. It did well in all areas of the tank, even directly under the halides

Cool as I was gluing it the stick on the left sorta fell off so i just glued onto the frag plug. Sadly I glued the green side facing towards the back of the tank! Can't wait to frag this in a year.
