here's another thing that i've learned along the way... parameters/number are important... but, most importantly is "stability" ....
I would like to think my system is pretty stable. It's been running for over two years now and the growth has been great. It's the coloration that has been sub-par in my opinion.

Wow, some great looking corals. Do you have any videos of your display you could share? Also a photo of the sump would be appreciated. What return pump are you using? Thanks. PS feel free to post more pics. :D

just got a wider angle len, here are the full tank shots.... the right side of the tank is work-in-progess :) just sold some big colonies on that side.

Could we see your sump please? Do you have rock in sump for bacterial growth or where are they living mostly? I just mostly see great corals in the display tank.

these are the pics of my sump and filtration: skimmer (SWC 200-with extended neck collection cup and askoll 15oo pump--old but work great), Aqua uv 25w, BRS reactors (carbon and phosguard), my return pump is laguna 1500 (pond pump)... not in picture -- Geo Reef cal. rx 618.

thanks all..... i didn't get any new macro len... i just bought an old kit-len 15-55mm for cheap- for wider angle shots...
