Stage lighting sun rise to sunset.

being as I'm prob going to upgrade my lighting soon how does everyone feel about the stage lighting from sun rise to sunset. Is this more of a gimmick or does it have some function? Is it more for if you have really intense lighting? Any feed back is appreciated. PS I have a nuvo 20 nano tank and am running the two stock LED lights the kit came with

You can keep corals really happy with lights that simply turn ON and OFF.

The other stuff is really cool though!! :)
