Staghorn/acro ID

Can anyone help to Id this staghorn/acro coral? Its also growing in strange way at the branch ends. What can cause this?

Looks like A. Tortuosa or a similar stag. I don’t see anything strange about the growth just looks like it’s budding out new branches

Probably Acropora tortuosa

Characters:
Corallites are immersed to long and tubular, giving branches a rough, irregular appearance. Tentacles are not extended during the day.

Similar Species: Acropora horrida, which has smaller, more compact corallites and tentacles extended during the day.

I wouldn't say tort, given that most "tortuosa" in the hobby are actually austera. Given JD Dana's type specimen, I would not be inclined to say that this one is a tort.

Austera would be my guess as well. Looks like the WWC yellow tips without the yellow tips.

Hey guys, thanks for further input. Seems to be austera, i have attached recent photo under white light of it with more growth.
