stand corner not level

So building a stand for a 270 gallon tank.

this is ONE corner of the top -

is this a problem?

the other three corners are good and leveled.

it will have a ply wood that will go on top - and then granite.

Add the plywood and the granite and then see what your off by and where. You can always add a shim or two but it would I would shim the stand with the plywood and granite if it needed it.

I would shim the stand if it was still off after I added the plywood and granite.

I would not shim it before I added the plywood and granite because adding them might change where and by how much you need to shim.

No problem.

I always measure and shim the finished working height. That's how you will always know your working with a perfectly flush base.

Use construction adhesive along with screws to attach the plywood. It will take up the space and fill that void. The granite will then be siliconed down on top of the plywood. Will be fine.

Coupla notes...
Quartz is permanently more resistant to staining.
The picture shows the wood on top not flush which can be easily addressed as described above. If there is a not level issue, as your post claims, you are better off shimming the bottom of the stand where it sits on floor

+1 on shimming the plywood after adding. I use a small amount of wood glue to hold the plywood top on then when it dries you can use a small crowbar or screwdriver and hammer to slightly lift the spot that needs to be shimmed to pinpoint any low spots. I put my aquarium on the plywood and shimmed it with the empty aquarium. Just have to be gentle of course.

How much of a headache would it be to reposition the corner though? It would create less of a headache to just reposition

i am pretty far out in the build process Mrcote - so i would definitely prefer to not take apart the corner - its already glued and screwed.

but i think i will be okay once the ply and granite comes on top.
Leveling wise i am good - i dont think there is an issue with that. but if i still see any - I will shim it as suggested.
