Decided to make the stand my Nuvo 30l sits on not such an eye sore. One of my biggest concerns was not disturbing the display and decided to match stick build it in place.
The original stand was over built and strong but not very attractive. I decided on mahogany trim and 1/2 inch cabinet grade A birch ply for skins.
We started today and this is as far as we got. I’ll post pictures up tomorrow when it’s done.
The first picture is from a couple months back. I wanted to show how it was a simple 2x4 stand I picked up second hand with the tank.
