So I see a lot of threads with people using some sort of program to make blueprints of their stands anyone know what website to use?!

Google SketchUp is great, you can use it for making a 3D model of not only your stand, but also your aquarium setup and its compartments and components, as well as DIY filters and other aquarium-related projects. Fairly easy to use, don't need to be a design professional.
