I am not sure if this is the right forum but I had a question on where people are getting an item.

I saw in the WWC 900 stock tank build thread that they put down starboard beneath the rock in the tank. I see they went bare bottom with that tank but I was curious if you could do the same thing and still have substrate on top of it. Has anyone added starboard and sand in their tank?

Also if so where do you purchase starboard from?

People have used it bare bottom as well as with sand. You can find it at a chef/kitchen/restaurant supply house.....it's cutting board material.

Boat and marine supply places also carry it.

Marine places sell it for boats. There's a place in Ocoee boatoutfitters.com I know of that sells it and custom cuts. Also places like West marine have it etc.
