Starfish help

Hello fellow reefers,

My tank is a 15g mixed reef that is 6 months old. I’ve got a three year old that loves starfish, there’s a few asterina in my tank (that I keep removing) but he’s always looking for them all the time. Is there any starfish I can add to my size of tank that are reef safe and easy to keep?

I've had red sea stars (Fromia Milleporella) in my 20g and i only suppliment it's diet with mussels and small bits of silver sides although I'm sure there is enough algae and leftover food for it to live on its own. It'll do fine in a 15 you just need to make sure its getting enough food.

Always can do brittle stars but they grow pretty quick if well fed

Thank you for the reply, got about 6 brittle stars that came in as hitchhickers that are growing really well but he never gets to see them as they are hiding away all the time.
