Any one know what kind of starfish this is

Looks like an Asterina Starfish.

People have had different experiences with them, but I would take it out.

Some have been reported to eat certain corals

They can also take over a tank pretty quick, by breaking a leg off, in which that leg grows to a new starfish, and the cycle repeats.
