So we moved to a larger house. At the time, I just had 2 pico freshwater aquariums. Since then, I’ve setup 3 saltwater aquariums in the spare room. My wife now wants the freshwater aquariums out of the recreation room. That’s fair.

so now the spare room is basically my fish room.

i have 5 small tanks (10g, 3g, 3g, 3g, 3g). Two of them are freshwater.

i want to move all the tanks to the back wall of the room and make it look nice (cable management etc). The wall is 12ft long.

here goes…

Got the new table.. it says it supports over 600lbs…

i bought a track system to mount the NiCrew light to the wall, which will let me slide the light away from the tank when I am working on it… I’m curious to see how that works out. It should arrive next week.

the hospital tank is now further away from the main tanks

i’ll probably move the freshwater tanks in tomorrow

Next project… replacing the temperature probes on my inkbird temperature controllers. The probe wires are not long enough to let me put the display unit where I want (i.e right under each corresponding tank).

i am going to solder a 3.5mm female end onto the unit and then i’ll be able to change out the probes easily and/or use headphone extender cords for better reach.

i bought 5 replacement probes (the plastic ones) because right now my unit has the stainless steel probes.
