Hi everyone,
I recently bought this coral from lfs, and im trying to determine whether it is a Stereonepthya or another similar looking soft coral.
Could anyone with experiences help me identify this coral and the care requirements?

My vote would be Scleronephthya, they can be fairly difficult to take care of and like a decent amount of flow and need regular feedings. They don't require high light levels as they are non-photosynthetic.
Is there an easy distinction between Scleronephthya and Stereonepthya?

Yeah i saw this at lfs. I thought it was the pink lemonade Nepthea that people always talk about
It may be... but hard to see the stem color. Its not Legendary Corals pink lemonade unless the stems are bright yellow compared to the polyps and that specific strain is much more rare to find than the original koji wada. A closer shot of the stalk would give it away if it was sclero (NPS) vs stereo (PS). If it was LC pink lemonade or koji wada pink nepthea its photosynthetic.

Here are some photos i could took with white light. I been trying to collect some Stereonepthya or koji wada like. They’re really hard to find.
