Welcome to R2R!

That's pretty sweet that you have access to natural SW and don't have to mix your own, I'm jealous!

Parameters:
Temp:78
Salinity: 1.025
Nitrates 7.5
Phos: 0.3
Alk 8.3
Mg/cal pending

nitrates a little lower than i prefer.
phos too high since the tank move.

massed some rowa phos to bring down slowly. I like nitrates 10 and phos 0.1.

I have an apex coming in. Any recommendations on mounting in the stand? I don’t want to have a separate cabinet for it and I’d imagine it’s probably not a good idea to drill a hole on the weight bearing wall.

Hey all, had a question regarding acclimating corals. I have some lps. (Candy cane, Duncan) sps (monti that i have sitting on the sand with acclimation mode at 50% lights. Everything is open and healthy so far. When can i start placing them higher in tank (mid tank level)? Don’t have a par meter.

Had a question. My nitrates have slowly been lowering. Phos is stable at 0.4. Nitrates went from 10 to 5 to 1 over past 2 months. I’ve had a small bit of bubble algae and bryopsis that is improving or stable. Corals are happy. Fish are fed flakes in morning and rods food in pm. I don’t rinse the rods food. Not really any gha. Just small green coloration to rocks. Coralline showing up on pumps and frags. Water change every 2 weeks. 10-15%
Had Dino’s a year ago. Should i stay the course or try to raise nitrates?
