Still says I dont have permissions to reply

It still says at the bottom of your reply that I dont have permissions to reply. Hence why I am making another post. Lol. I just tapped on the photos, files and vids. Then went to gallery, selected the pic I wanted. When it was loading the pic it said failed because I dont have the permissions to do so.

I'm a bit stumped at the moment. My guess is that there's a brief timeframe after a member joins AND posts their first post that they have limited permissions...but that's just a guess. @revhtree will have to confirm or deny my theory.

I think I read at some point and time you need to have 25 posts before you can do pics.i'm old so my memory of this may be faded.
