I have some room in my 40G Breeder for some more fish in the future, tank is only two weeks old. Currently, I have a single fish, a Green Blotch Parrotfish (Sparisoma atomarium). See the article in "Reef Hobbyist Magazine" if you want to know a little more about them. These typically get to a 4" size & are suitable for a reef tank. So far, he destroys the nori clip as soon as I put it in & is accepting TDO pellets multiple times a day. I just couldn't see myself putting in a tang & this was the best alternative. I narrowed down a few fish. This tank has 75lbs of Live Rock being filtered by a Oase 600 canister & one of those Tunze Algae Reactors /w Cheato. Here are my thoughts/list.

Tailspot Blenny
Single Chrysiptera species of damsel (Azure good?)
Melanurus wrasse
Lubbock's wrasse, Cirrhilabrus lubbocki

That will put me at 5 fish & really open to anything. I do not live close to a LFS. Closest thing is a Petco >hour away. These will have to be mail order. I really want some hardy easy fish that ship well. I don't have my QT completely setup yet, but have media brewing in the canister for a 20g long & in process of getting that setup.

This is my Parrot living his best life:

Stock list looks good to me. I might go with a pair of the damsels instead of just one. Kupang are my fav.

You could swap one of the wrasses for a Yasha (or other burrowing goby) and pistol shrimp combo.

Don't sleep on your beautiful/unique inverts.

I have a 40B and my stock list is:
Gold Nugget Maroon Clown
Flame Hawkfish
Flameback Pygmy Angel
Citron Clown goby
Kamohara Blenny
Orange Striped Chromis
McCosksers Flasher Wrasse
1 cleaner shrimp
1 blood red shrimp

Everyone gets along famously, the tank is super lively and my nitrates are always super low with that many fish and i feed twice a day. I run a skimmer and fuge in my sump.

Tailspot blenny is a cool fish
Some might say the wrasses on your list would be better in a larger tank but I don't know.
I like Pink Streaked Wrasse but don't have one (yet).
Possum Wrasse also seems commonly recommended (for nano tanks) but not my, personal, choice.
