I have a 125 gallon that currently holds:

Yellow tang
2 clownfish
Royal grammar
Tailspot blenny
Tomini tang
Mandarin

I’m wanting 1 or 2 smaller fish to finish the tank off, any recommendations on what would be ok adding to the mix..
cardinals? Certain damsels? Etc

Thank you

Id go with a flame angel and a jeweled leopard wrasse to finish off with something fancy.

Maybe a pistol shrimp/goby combo, or i always seem to have both a tailspot blenny and rainford goby that like to go around together.

You’ve got a solid lineup already! If you’re looking for one or two smaller fish to round things out, you might consider Banggai Cardinals since they’re peaceful, unique-looking, and should get along well with your current crew
