Stocking my 100 gallon reef??? please help

Okay so I already have 7 fish in my tank. The tank is about 7 months old. I have 2 tangs, 2 clownfish, 2 chromis and a Niger Trigger. Will I be able to squeeze some Bartlett anthias in? Maybe lyretails?? I have a 25 gallon sump and the tank is 48x24x30

Is this a Fish only tank or is this going to be a mixed Reef tank?
