Stocking new tank (not all at once!)

Starting to make final plans for stocking of my tank and wanted some feedback/input.

My initial idea is a pair of clown with something to host, a dwarf golden moray, some species of wrasse for activity, and a goby/shrimp combo.

Any feedback or different ideas on this list?

Shrimp-eel ummmm, don't know about that.

I've actually kept them together before in a different tank. The eel is too small to eat the shrimp.

Shrimps are not too small for a dwarf golden moray eel.

I mean too big.

I would be concerned as well with the eel with the shrimp, but it may be possible if the shrimp a nd goby are allowed plenty of time to settle.
