Hello- We have a 60 gallon tank that currently houses a watchman goby who hides who’s his pistol shrimp, a starry blenny and a magenta dottyback. Anyone have any suggestions on fish to add? I don’t want clowns or damsels.

a coral beauty would be a nice addition. A flame angelfish or lemonpeel angelfish might go well but may need an acclimation box if a little more aggressive than what you have. There's lots of wrasse species that would go well in there too.

You have a ton of options. Here’s a few from the top of my head.

Cleaner wrasse
Dwarf angel
Possum wrasse
Tomni tang
Cardinal pair
Flame hawk
Pearly jawfish
Mandarin (if you have a lot of pods)
Firegoby
Royal gramma

Is it a problem that I have an already established dottyback because I was told to go more aggressive than him.

Acclimation boxes can help with this. Leave the fish in for a day or two so they get used to seeing each other. It's not a perfect method but there's no way of knowing for sure if fish are going to get along when you add them.

I can turn on the white lights if need be. I thought about dwarf angels but read they like to pick at coral so I’m hesitant.

It’s a magenta dottyback.
Sometimes they’re horrible and sometimes they’re pretty tame so hopefully you got a tame one.

It’s a risk but its rare for them pick, if you want one that has the least chance of nipping, get a coral beauty or flame.

Hmm. I am a bit worried, it's not a large footprint being a cube, and it has a pretty low density of rock. This means that the Dotty could be problematic.

He’s not terrible. When we first introduced a damsel he chased him for a couple of days and then left him alone. The damsel was the only one he did anything with.

What about Anthias?

I figured it would be. Is it possible to switch acclimation and put the dottyback in acclimation?

What about Anthias?
The only anthias that are small enough that i can think of are Resplendent Anthias and sunset anthias, but they usually do better in long aquariums instead of cubes.
