Stocking question

Hi everyone, I would like to start a Fowlr system and have a list of fish I would like to include. Can you let me know the size tank I would need and the filtration method I should use? I’m thinking either wet dry or a sump with a big skimmer
Emperor angel
Blue girdled angel
Queen angel
Naso tang
Harlequin tusk
Magnificent foxface
Dog face puffer
Clown trigger.

Would all this fish go together well? I think maybe I’d include one more large angel but I don’t know yet. My thinking for tank size is 250-300. Is that good?

Go with a sump, as for the fish I would go 300 if you want that Clown Trigger in there. Not sure how the Angels will mix together.

300g would be the minimum for 3 large angels. If you go for a 4th you'll need another 100g.

They should be fine with the other fish, but there will be aggression amongst themselves.

Ok but barring this possibility. I have seen fowlr tanks on YouTube with almost 8 angelfish that do just fine. Feeding isn’t an issue for me. I would definitely need a top of the line skimmer. What else should I use to control the bio load and detritus?

Massive water changes and carbon! With regards to your fish, what one person has for fish may not work for you even if you had the same exact species of fish. Pecking order, size, sex, species, individual personality, husbandry, water quality and tank set up all play out in the health, aggression and overall synergy of your tank bioload.

The bigger the better especially with a Clown Trigger and the size attained by the two Pomacanthus and the one Holocanthus Angels you Luke like to possess. 300 gallon plus! Is there a reason why you wish to have these particular fish that grow very large and are huge waste producers? Don’t get me wrong, they are awesome fish and I wish I could not only afford a huge tank but also have the room for such a large and HEAVY tank!

Id say 300 gallon as well... with the 3 giant angels and the naso (which isn’t normally territorial compared to other tangs but are still a tang regardless)

I’d be open to losing one of the angels(blue girdled) but honestly these have just been my dream fish. I have a reef tank so could never even think about the prospect of getting fish like these. I just want the fish to be healthy so I think a solid 300-350 gallon tank would be perfect. I plan on sparring no expense when it comes to filtration. Has anyone ever tried 2 protein skimmers? Would it be worth it. Whats the best way to remove all of the poop from the tank?

I allways thought as the bio load goes up u could ad more skimmers, and probably carbon to help.

Im going to need a lot of bio char for my farm , so thought to set up second burner to make it activated. Plan on 2 55 gal barrels in 800 g sump( see other posts) I admire your plan. Lots of knowledge people here.
