I know I may have asked something similar before, but I’ve recently refined my stocking plan and wanted to get feedback before purchasing any fish.

Current planned stocking:
Tailspot blenny

Goby + pistol shrimp pair

Captive-bred mandarin dragonet (species TBD, but tank-bred/feeding-trained)

Conch and various clean-up crew and ornamental inverts

I’m planning a mixed reef with corals in a mature, stable system. I also plan to do extensive research on any fish before adding them and will be stocking slowly over time.

Question: What would be a good fourth fish option for this setup in a 29g BioCube? I’d prefer to avoid clownfish and royal grammas.

I’m mainly looking for something peaceful and that fits well in the system long-term.

You could add clowns last if you wanted to. I had a pair of Picasso clowns in my 20g and never once had any aggression issues with them.
