Store bought saltwater cloudy?

So i bought 25 litres of saltwater today for a wc tomorrow, when i checked it out at home i saw it was quite cloudy, i rung up my store and they said they did put a new mix in at lunch time about 4 hours ago, but it still looks cloudy. Is it just undissolved salt or should i not use it?

I do not know if you should use it, but I would not be happy with that product.
