What is the black box thing in the picture? carbon filter maybe and the carbon came out?
It looks like carbon pellets to me.
Do you have carbon in a media bag where the carbon is smaller than the holes in the bag? I bought BRS's ROX 0.8 carbon, and it's so small that I've been putting it in a nylon and tying it off because it's too small for the mesh bag I had been keeping media in before that.
