So we have been cycling for 2 weeks now and this just showed up on a rick in the refugium. Not sure if we should remove or keep. Have no clue what it is. Any ideas?

Your rocks are going to go through all kinds of stuff over the next year.

If you started with dry rock then it's just some type of algae growing. I wouldn't be too concerned with it. Use a toothbrush at the end of your siphon when doing water changes to take care of excess growth.
