So I just found this wormish thing in a hole of my live rock. It extends out twitches around then pulls back in. I have done a ton of searching and can't find anything on what it could be. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Here's some videos of it.

That’s a digiate hydroid, kill it, they are a nusicance in some circumstances, I just got them in my system and they sure have attached themselves to my gsp colony. I heard these pack a nasty sting too so watch out

Yeah I finally found some info on digitate hydroids, helps to Google the right thing. I was looking for worms. What's the best way to go about getting rid of/killing it?

There’s never just one, likely that’s just the biggest one you’ve seen, they apparently disappear in time

Honestly they're not even the bad hydroids. I find them prevalent in newer tanks and then they disappear.

I hope so! I've been very diligent with trying to keep bad hitchhikers out so when I see something that shouldn't be there it frustrates me.

Aptaisa is far worse than hydroids. And the worst part about aptaisa is they, literally speaking can’t die. Unless you inject boiling water into them.

That's good to hear. I've been lucky with aptaisa so far. Knock on wood that I don't have to deal with that one.
