Yeah, just that they have morphed into a different coloration. Doesn't the pattern look the same? Well, if these guys are next to retracting neon corals (i.e. gonipora, green star polyp, euphyllia, etc.) then they may morph over time because of proximity to these corals that inhale and expel water every day or so. This is just a barebone example, though. The real reason is much more in depth, but this is pretty much why, IME. And also, water conditions. Example: High in iron? I've seen alveopora turn from a brilliant blue to a green-orangish rusty cyan color, under this condition, during a research project in Indonesia. Just food for thought.

I must admit they were sold to me as "Solar Flare" zoanthids. Don't know what their real values are then.

Only reason why I ask is because my LFS have some micro zoas that look similar to these!

They're really small. Polyps are about half the size of my neon utter chaos. I'll post a daylight pic in a bit.

I bet they are a micro zoa!I apologize I don't have a name for them, but I have definitely seen them before!

I might have found them! Look up ---> Indo Solar Flare Micro Zoa. I think the picture I found came from another forum posted by AquaSD.

I do not, my LFS had them in a nano display so they was no price them. Price varies on location and demand anyways. You would probably have to reach out to AquaSD.
