I own 2 ATI Straton X’s. Last night I had a power outage at some point. I woke up at midnight to one of the Stratons beaming away at a decent brightness, and the other running a much bluer spectrum. (Neither of which should be happening at midnight). I know the app is pretty lack luster as far as apps go, but is there a work around to preventing this from happening in the future?

Unfortunately, no....nothing that I know of......other than adding some type of battery backup to the lights. I have had the same thing happen multiple times when they are unplugged. I have to go into the app and hit apply schedule for them to start working normally again.

Yeah, that’s what I’ve had to do each time as well. I was hoping I was missing something or someone had a work around for it. I really like the lights otherwise. I just really don’t like that they don’t remember their schedule in when they lose power. Thank you for your reply.

The app is what I didn’t look at the Straton lights. The radions I have, some cheap QT lights from Amazon, and Ophrek have not given me issues with power outages. All go back on schedules once power is on. Waiting on the GHL lights to come out to see how they do.

I have 3 Mitras 7206 that I was using before I got the Stratons. They happily return to schedule for me after a power outage. If it was just a quick unplug and plug back in, they weren’t too happy about turning back on without intervention, but that was the only real issue I had with them.

I preordered 2 of the newest GHL model that they put out. If the app changes would not mind trying out a straton.

In there modern times with all the tech that is available, and seeing for the most part what works easy what does not, it’s mind blowing to me how some companies just can’t get it right haha.
