Stratosphere zoas or not?

[I never finish anythi]

These zoas were marked up as stratosphere, but a friend of mine is convinced they ain't what I paid for .

Can anyone confirm they are stratosphere zoas ? If they are not, what type of zoas are they .

Cheers .
