Hey guys,
I am having a weird problem. It appears that my stream pumps (set up through an EVG-AP2) is now stuck on 100% after working fine for years. Any ideas on what may be going on?

It doesn't matter if I switch the Stream setting to "no current" or pump settings down to 0%. It just stays on 100%

What kind of pumps do you have connected to this EVG-board?

Any 1-10v pump is typically controlled with the 1-10V breakout box (S &L-port box) or the Tunze control cable (if you're running a Tunze stream pump). These pumps are then controlled through the 1-10V interface settings and configured as a "Stream pump".

Right now I have Jabao's running through the EVG card. Never had a problem with them for almost 2 years on it. Just really weird that all of a sudden they are not being controlled anymore and just pumping 100%.

Did the board go bad?

I would unplug the controller or master and reset it and see if it changes in behavior once plugged back in and reset.

I had unplugged the P3, but I didnt wait that long. Ill try unplugging it for a minute or so and see if that changes anything

Check to see if any software update a are available and also if you are able to calibrate the settings- generally you can.

Member REEFWISER also has some knowledge of these units

Unfortunately I have changed out all the settings ect and (I dont see any calibration for the stream pumps).

I havent updated the firmware yet, but I am unclear if that could be the issue @Vinny@GHLUSA
